• The Season Pass is a yearly plan, made available to performing ensembles, for recording and editing sessions via the A La Carte contract system.  The ensemble will provide Musical Horizon with the dates, times, and locations of their scheduled performances for one full year.  Musical Horizon will schedule these dates and provide the ensemble with a discount as described below.

  For every recording session scheduled in the yearly contract, Musical Horizon will give 5% off each individual recording session’s Final Price up to a maximum of 50%.  Please see the following table.

  Other Details:

  If the ensemble requires more recording sessions after the signing of the contract, the following policies will be followed.  For every recording session that is to be added, the ensemble will fill out individual recording contracts.  Musical Horizon will discount each of the new individual contracts with the same percentage off the Final Price as provided to each of the recording sessions scheduled via the Season Pass contract.  Increasing the number of recording sessions, after signing the Season Pass contract, will not increase the percentage of discount off the Final Price for any recording sessions, whether they are scheduled in the Season Pass, or contracted afterwards.

  Musical Horizon may not change the rates for individual recording sessions after the contract is signed.
